Compassion Lies In The Third Eye With Wisdom And Awareness Of The Soul

This session lent profound insights on building resilience and nurturing compassion in the midst of life's challenges. Shared by Sister Jayanti, the Additional Administrative Head of the Brahma Kumaris, the discussion delved into the role of spirituality in understanding our abilities, connecting with the divine, and fostering inner compassion.

Sister Jayanti emphasised the transformative power of a connection with the divine in building resilience. She stated, "One of the things is connection with the divine. It is difficult to rise on our own, faith in the divine helps in having faith in myself." This insight highlights the interdependence of personal strength and faith in a higher power. She believes that this connection acts as a guiding force and proves it by stating that, "It enables us to draw power and strength. This connection ensures that there is always help, and it is like a parent who will help me get through the rocky paths of life."

She feels that the divine connection serves as a constant support system, offering strength during challenging times. This perspective aligns with the idea that spiritual resilience stems from a profound faith that transcends individual capabilities.

On the subject of inner compassion, Sister Jayanti explored the concept of viewing the world through the "third eye of wisdom," also known as 'atma' or soul. She expressed herself by saying that, "I always try to look at things with the third eye of wisdom, and each one of us has it, and it is called 'atma' or soul. When you look at everything with your third eye, the world looks very different."

This unique perspective encourages individuals to tap into their innate wisdom and view the world beyond surface differences. Sister Jayanti suggests that cultivating inner compassion involves recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings through the lens of the soul. This approach fosters a mindset where compassion becomes a natural response, transcending external circumstances.

Her insights at the BW Wellbeing World Festival of Spirituality, highlight the significance of a spiritual connection in navigating life's challenges. The idea that resilience and compassion are rooted in faith and wisdom provides a unique perspective on personal growth. As individuals, embracing the divine connection and viewing the world through the lens of wisdom opens the door to a compassionate and resilient way of living, even in the chaotic world we find ourselves in today. Sister Jayanti's teachings offer a profound guide to nurturing compassion and building inner strength in the face of life's uncertainties.
