For many people, the main reason to begin with Yoga is to bring their body in shape. Given the sedentary lives that we all live today, we keep neglecting the bodily changes until it all shows up on the mirror with our obese selves. And hence begins the façade of easy to follow diets, cutting down on sugar, gym and of course yoga! Yoga, although exists from thousands of years, has emerged as a workout for people to get fit, strong and attend to their wellness. The good thing about the practice is that unlike the fancy diets and strenuous routine, Yoga is a lot more satisfying and better for the long run. Yoga is better than taking up diets for the long run!
