She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiology and received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.  After years of clinical practice, she climbed the corporate ladder in Hospital Management and Administration before beginning her entrepreneurial journey doing what she loves and touching lives worldwide!

Things weren’t always rosy.  Her diagnosis with cancer almost a decade ago went from being the scare of her life to the life-changing catalyst that aligned her with her true purpose and calling.  She firmly believes that by living authentically and breaking free of old, outdated patterns/habits, repressed emotions, and traumas, life CAN be lived in health, happiness, success, love and joy.  She is passionate about helping people to change their lives not only to heal from such challenges but even more so, to have the power to prevent them all together!  

In a conversation with 
BW Businessworld, she shared her work and story.

What prompted or ignited you to do what you do?
I had the “perfect life”.  Married to the man I love.  Two beautiful children.  Climbing the corporate ladder of success in healthcare management and administration.  Lean and “healthy”.  From the helms of this “success” to the troughs of a devastating illness a decade ago, I received my wake-up call.  My journey led to the birth of my true calling – my life mission and purpose. I now understand what it is to do what you love and love what you do while changing lives positively around the globe.  

What is the kind of work that you do?

From motivational speaking, teaching workshops, and private consultations by phone with clients globally, I facilitate deep personal and professional advancement using a signature approach that combines the science of neuroplasticity, psychology, and quantum physics with the age-old wisdom of spirituality and consciousness to create quantum leaps of change in health, wealth, relationships, love, joy and spiritual awakening.  The greatest impact I see is that each client reclaims their innate power to change and heal their lives.  You see, when we change ourselves, the world around us changes.  Life outside of ourselves is merely a reflection of what lies within us – our thoughts, emotions, patterns, past traumas and limiting beliefs.  Change your inner world and watch your life change.

What kind of transformations do you see in your clients?

In one word, MIRACLES!  For those who are ready and willing to do their inner work, the rewards speak for themselves. When working in the “quantum field” of consciousness, the transformations are powerful and magical. From significant job promotions and salary jumps to CFOs opening up unexpected business opportunities, to early-stage entrepreneurs raising large-scale investment capital, to reversing of childhood scoliosis, pre-term labour or breach positioning, the successes are limitless.  Don’t be surprised if you come for career advancement but realize you’re your health or relationship issues resolve along the way.  Why?  Because we are integrated energetic beings and when doing our personal inner work, any and all aspects of our life can improve!

What are your mindfulness practices?
Carving out a quiet time for myself is critical.  I am not rigid about doing structured meditation but I am a firm believer that some form of mindfulness is essential for both well-being and success preferably on a daily basis.  Some suggestions based on what I use for myself would include:

·      Quiet, alone time to reflect/contemplate

·      Walking alone without any technology devices

·      Guided or self-meditation practices – even if 5-10 mins per day.  

·      Sitting in nature

·      Inquiry: “What within me is creating this experience which I would like to change?”  This is a powerful form of communication that leads to insightful answers.

What keeps you going?

We all have the power to positively touch lives. When we begin to live life with the intention to create a positive impact even if it is with one person, it keeps us fueled and going strong. It is this that keeps me going along with the rays of light that come from my loving husband, two beautiful children, family, community, and those I am blessed to serve! l Healing Techniques)
