In this, the heartbeat of the people suddenly becomes fast, they start sweating, throat gets drying and there is also the problem of nausea. Panic attack can last for 5 to 15 minutes.

Panic attacks are not fatal, but due to their continuous occurrence, mental health can also be affected. Experts say that panic attacks happen even without any prior symptoms. It is not even necessary that this happens only while sleeping, there are many such cases where panic attacks happen while walking or even while driving. It depends on what one is thinking and whether there is any fear of exit or anything in their mind.

How to prevent

Breathing exercises can be done to prevent panic attacks. Waking up every morning and doing breathing exercise is very beneficial. In this, you have to take a deep breath and leave it. This exercise can be done according to the capacity of your body.

Also keep in mind that you have had a panic attack in some situation. If this is happening in a particular environment or place, then distance should be made from them. If such problem is happening continuously then doctors should be consulted. Psychiatrists can help for anxiety disorder and it can be treated through counseling.

Spend time with your family members. If there is fear or worry about something in your mind, then share it with your family members. Talking will make things get easier. Stay away from negative news. Try to watch only entertainment programs on TV and spend less time on social media. Do not take mental stress unnecessarily.
