Don't Lose Your Temper With Other's Mistakes

When you begin to realise that your anger on the person is not going to make the work any better but instead it allows you to protect your own energy then it is a wise decision. At this point you may wonder that how can you communicate this message across to the person performing the task that he or she needs to do it better. If anger or becoming upset is not the right way to go about communication then how could you possibly get this through to the other person. To this question the answer is simply 'training'. Through the right kind of training it is possible to bring about a positive change that you desire in any person. Therefore, you must have faith on the training to achieve the desired results.

You must also come to the acceptance that the kind of work that you expect is not going to be exactly carried out  by the individuals that you assign the task to. What ever your vision might be is going to be realised in a way that is coloured by the person's life experiences, perspective, and style of doing things. This is simply because we are all unique beings with our own identities that come from different journeys we have experienced in this lifetime. And hence when you are expecting a certain task to be performed, it may be carrying the flavour of the person who is doing it for you. If you are able to successfully transfer your vision to the people that you have hired or those you are working with then you will no longer be a human but instead you will be a  ruler of the world.

So it is important to remember that anger is not the solution nor is it the right way for you to be able to get things done. On the contrary getting angry or losing your temper is only going to bring more harm to you. You can adopt a few tips and tricks in order to see that the work you are expecting is done in a proper fashion. The first crucial step is to provide the correct training required to get the job done. This could include the simplest of tasks to the most complex that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. Even if you wanted someone to fetch a glass of water for you you need to simply instruct them on how exactly you prefer to have your water served. Or, even if it is some massive project such as building your dream home or office you must clearly relay these specific instructions and other preferences to the architect or designer whom you are interacting with for the project. After having provided clarity on how the desired outcome would and should be like you now need to sit back and observe. You will have to give the person time and space to collect all this information and then begin carrying out the process of execution. Have patience as this is a process and nothing can be achieved overnight. If you recall your school days, soon after learning the alphabets you did not immediately start composing essays or writing stories etc. It took you a while to become proficient with your vocabulary before you started turning out lengthy written works. You initially started out learning the pronunciation of syllables and alphabets before you went on to learn how to write sentences together. Give the person good training, time to assimilate this knowledge, and space to carry out the tasks that you have instructed. You must simply have faith and understand that it is a process of learning for both you as well as the other individual and with this healthy mindset you will be able to see your vision coming to life.
