Q1. What is your stance on the increasing cigarette intake?
It is a combination of reasons that has led to the high intake of cigarettes. Our data shows that Tar Free is consumed by people in the 18-35 age demographics. An unhealthy lifestyle, stress of daily lives, negative moods, low income, and demanding jobs are a few reasons why cigarette smoking is on the rise.
Q2. With stressful lives being led by everyone, not only have we lost patience and tolerance but also a major part of our healthcare too. How do you think Vedic Vitals will work towards bringing back equilibrium to the body?'
In continuation to my last answer, there's a few points I would like to add. When I was a child, I had no idea such a word as stress existed. However, things are different today. Even 10-year olds claim to be stressed. The mentality surrounding stress dictates that not being stressed is a stress in itself. And that's concerning.
We can hold poor dietary habits, an unhealthy lifestyle, and harmful societal standards responsible for this intolerance and impatience that is so common in people today.
My suggestion would be to include a few minutes of meditation and regular exercise to help with stress management as well as the health of our lungs.
As a healthcare start-up, we have already helped our many customers improve respiratory health with Vedic Vitals' Tar Free. We are also in the process of launching a brain tonic that will aid in mind relaxation and help increase alertness.
Q3. What is your stance on the causes behind a growth in feminine health problems such as PCOD and other lifestyle issues and how can we tackle them?
Polycystic Ovarian Disease or PCOD is a rather common condition affecting women today. Nearly 5-10% of women in their reproductive age (i.e. 12-45 years) report suffering from PCOD symptoms. Although the exact cause is unknown, the condition is attributed to abnormal hormonal levels. We also have evidence that environmental factors and stress contribute to a risk of developing PCOD.
I'd advise taking steps to improve your lifestyle and nutrition habits to tackle PCOD. In addition to that, Vedic Vitals' Gyno Vitals can help regulate menstruation and minimize hormonal issues. Our customers have reported significant improvements after consuming Gyno Vitals.
Q4. What was the reason that Vedic Vitals actually began?
India is a country with the largest youth population in the world. Unfortunately, the poor lifestyle and dietary choices in this group are a cause of major concern.
We believe that prevention is better than cure. We know the healthcare sector is expected to witness a huge gap 15 years from now. There is also a noticeable lack in basic health & sanitation in India. That's where Vedic Vitals steps in. Our aim is to spread awareness among people and help them make pragmatic changes in their lifestyles.
Q5. What are your thoughts on the Indian healthcare system and what can we do to make it better?
As I mentioned before, a big gap is expected in the healthcare sector in the next 15 -20 years. India's efforts in containing in the COVID-19 pandemic have been commendable, but basic health awareness is critical at this point. As India takes on bigger, radical challenges, we need the youth of our country to meaningfully contribute to the future of our country.
However, the detrimental lifestyle ensures that we are well ahead on a path to medical emergency in the coming years. And this will be when the current youth population will be in their 50s, facing major lifestyle diseases.
Q6. India's healthcare system is known for being budget-friendly and effective as well. What are your thoughts on this?
Yes, it's largely true. And to keep up this affordability in healthcare, we are continuously pushing ourselves to provide cost-effective solutions to Indian people without compromising the quality of our products.
