The five universal elements—Earth (Prithvi), fire (Agni), water (Jal), space (Aakash), and air (Vayu)—are all present in the human body. The composition of the human body is made up of a combination and mixing of these five elements. When we can achieve a harmonious balance between all five of these aspects, we will flourish in a similar way to how nature does. We can only genuinely progress in this life by going through this process of balance.

Yoga and other mindful exercises can help us achieve this goal because they promote a calmness that lasts for a longer period of time, which we can build for ourselves and then share with others.

An illustration of this is when you hold a hot coal in your palm and imagine the suffering of the other person. This is nothing more than your unthinking, involuntary response to specific circumstances, which could even put you in harm's way due to another person's error. Any harmonious connection might be ruined by an inappropriate tone or rushed messages. On the other side, good communication can improve any transaction like butter. We can experience the goodness of this life and develop through love, respect, and kindness via the practise of yoga and spirituality.
