In today's fast-paced world, stress has become a ubiquitous part of our lives. We are always in a rush to meet deadlines, attend meetings, and fulfill our responsibilities. The constant pressure to perform and succeed has made stress an inevitable part of our daily routine. However, the solution to this problem is not in running away from it or avoiding it altogether but in finding a way to manage it. What is Spirituality?

Knowing this can not only reduce your stress but will also give you a sense of not taking things seriously in life. 

Living a stress free life can be possible only by knowing above mentioned facts. Further we must know that in this life the only thing which is permanent is 'change'. Change is the only constant in life. Rest all other things including our sorrows, pains, happiness etc are temporary. Every thing in our life will have to change whether we want it or not. Mother Nature changes everything for good. So when our mind acknowledges these facts, our life is bound to be stress free and will become a celebration in itself.
