Laughter yoga is now being understood as an important aspect of yoga because it benefits not just physical health but also influences your mental health in a positive way. It releases inhibition, builds confidence, and makes one more easy-going. Yoga teaches us that we are capable of facing any challenge that life gives us. And laughter yoga can be considered as the beginning of your yoga practice before you move on to more serious studies about postures, pranayama, meditation, mudras, theory etc.
