Astro Tips To Ensure Good Health

While it is true that 'health is wealth', this wealth seems draining in these tough times. Taking the astrological route is the best solution if you are tired of spending all your hard-earned money on  expensive clinics. Here are some tips that will help you stay healthy.

· The sun represents health in general as per astrology. One should wear a good quality ruby set in a copper ring if the Sun is favorable but weak in a birth chart.

· When the sun is unfavorable or afflicted in a birth chart, wearing its gemstone may cause more health issues. In such a scenario, one should propitiate the sun every morning by chanting it as the mantra, "Om Ghrini Suriaye Namaha."

· The transit of the Sun can result in adverse health effects even if the natal Sun is favorable. The best thing one can do during the time of transit is to give alms (Daan) that include wheat, gur, and copper items.

· To overcome typhoid and hepatitis, chew five basil leaves (Tulsi) in the morning and swallow them with water. 'Tulsi' is a goddess of health, prosperity, and happiness.

· To get rid of urinary infections drink half a spoon of cardamom powder mixed in a glass of water every day until relief is achieved.

· If you want to ensure your child's good health and longevity, tie seven knots on a black silk thread while reciting this mantra: 'Om Namo Bhagvatey Vaasudevayenamaha'.

· Rotate a glass of fresh milk over the sick child's head 11 times clockwise every Tuesday and feed the milk to a stray dog in the evening. It will help the child regain his health.

· Don't forget to feed a cow and a stray dog a portion of your meal. In this way, any illness will be cured, and you will remain healthy.

Traditions and rituals have faded over the years, yet ancient Vedas have the solution for every problem. A simple exploration and acceptance are all that is needed.
