In Conversation With Dr. Geetika Mittal Gupta

Q1. During your professional journey, what would be your biggest achievement?

During my professional journey, Winning the Vogue Beauty award was my biggest achievement. Another was opening a clinic in Mumbai. I was delighted to see the response I received, from an unknown city, which became a Home to me. Nurturing Loyal Cliental in all my clinics is something that I take pride in.

Q2. Please tell us about some of the challenges you faced, professionally?

Facing Challenges in terms of Management and Operations of multiple clinics only taught me more and more every step of the way. To train new staff at every clinic, especially in another city that has its own cultural differences, was a task. Secondly, educating clients on How ISAAC is different from your regular aestheticians when it comes to the fact that we only use US FDA-approved machines leading to the best possible results.

Q3. How important is a mentor to help one achieve their professional goals?

While saying that a Good Mentor is God-Sent, I also believe that paving your own path, and understanding your strengths, can take your career to a whole different level. You have to put energy and action if you want to make your life change. You have to focus in one direction.

Q4. The importance of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity in the workplace today- your view?

At ISAAC LUXE, we believe in workplace diversity, we have professionals from all different backgrounds. When leading a diverse team, it's critical to get to know and value each member on a personal level. It allows us all to function like one big family.

Q5. What are your interests outside of work?

Apart from work, I enjoy spending time in Nature. Nature has been a big inspiration and a safe haven for me. I am an avid reader, and I enjoy cooking for my family, which satisfies me to the core.
