1.What is the concept behind launching this business?

To bring meaning to the lifestyle of an individual. Initially it was to help & motivate individuals to get in shape by losing fat or gain muscles. However now we medically formulate customized diets and workout programs solving bigger issues in the society as cancer, immunity, blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, PCOD and mental health. Weight management is a by product of a healthier lifestyle.

2. Five Simple Lifestyle Changes for Better Health?

1. To drink 1 glass of water as soon as you wake, even before brushing your teeth. This helps in adding good bacteria to your gut, solving your gut issues.

2. An early morning walk on an empty stomach for 15-20 minutes. This refreshes you, trains your mind to be active throughout the day, helps in regulating our body functions & in weight management too.

3. An early dinner, between 6 pm to 8 pm. This change will automatically put your body into a semi-intermittent fasting stage giving your body enough space to completely detoxify, regenerate power in the cells and boost the nutrient absorption while oxidizing body fat as fuel to carry out the internal functions.

4. Good amount of sleep & a peaceful sleep. Switch off your cell phones/gadgets at night & detox your mind away from the toxic rays and signals, which effects your dopamine level. This helps you to fight depression, anxiety, insomnia, obesity & indecisiveness.

5. Make sure your protein intake is at least 0.5g per kilogram of our body weight per day. will help in building lean muscle mass and provide a boost in the metabolism resulting in faster fat loss.

3. Which exercises do you think are best for keeping your body in good shape?

Any exercise that fits into your own lifestyle will always keep you in shape. I love to run & lift heavy weights, while other person simply loves to dance or do yoga. The focus of the workout routine should be to meet your weight goals according to your body type. According to my physique, I do strength training “Thermogenesis” like deadlift, squats, clean & press, pullups- chin-ups- pushups and dips. This results in greater burn of calories

4. What separates FITX Transformation from other industry players?

Firstly, We customize diet charts & work out regime individually because generic diet & work out pattern are available everywhere & for free as well but they lack personal touch. The clients don’t pay for diet or workouts, rather they pay for accountability. We might be high ticket price seller in this community but we believe in the concept of “When you pay - you pay attention”.

Secondly, we help the clients understand their own body through education. Our pro coaches who are trained & guided by me, have tremendous knowledge in fitness science & holds master degrees in their respective fitness genre. We are not the usual certified coaches with 3 months of book knowledge. We are health experts with over 10 years+ of theoretical and practical knowledge with a transformation rate of 92%.

As an athlete it is very important to know the difference between aesthetics and performance. If we are training for a sport it needs to have performance based workouts like strength, endurance, speed & agility. If it is for body building, then it will be aesthetic control where we have work smart to pack on maximum muscle mass and not worry much about the performance driven routines.

Myself as an athlete don’t want to portray my body aesthetically over social media by saying that I am extremely healthy. I don’t ever want to have the exterior of a Ferrari and an engine of a Maruti 800. I like to keep it simple & sweet by maintaining my body fat% by mixing strength and cardio routines, eating in moderation which is my simple home cooked meals and with this approach I can literally compete or take part in any cardio vascular event or any sport.

6. What are the key markets in your country?

We are at present, aiming to optimize health of busy individuals or business leaders who are not able to find the time for their optimal training. We are also treating hormonal regulations of people caused by stress, anxiety & other health issues. Accordingly, the key market right now are the working professionals between the age group of 22 to 45 years old.

7. What is your plan for the upcoming year?

We have two solid plans in the upcoming year:

- Firstly, we want to optimize and target near 1 million people by launching our FitX app. This will be an AI based technology which tracks everything related to your body and manipulates the nutrition GI or values based on your activity with over 2,00,000 + units of nutrition data.

- Secondly, we are stepping into the herbal supplement section and have trademarked it with the name “Sukoon Herbals”. This tea or sport nutrition powder blends, will not only give a soothing effect but solve major issues of immunity, blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, PCOD and mainly mental health issues, there-by giving their desired weight management goals as a by product.
