One out of five employees in India Inc is suffering from workplace depression. MSK (Musculoskeletal diseases) are on the rise across the country including carpal tunnel syndrome due to excessive typing and texting.
The company is founded by Ira Trivedi, a master of yoga, and writer who teaches and lectures on yoga globally. With multiple yoga shows on television such as Doordarshan and India Today, she is the author of The 10 Minute Yoga Solution and My Book of Yoga Series amongst other titles. Ira holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Through her personal corporate experience, she understands how yoga can help workforces radically transform their health.

Chronic disorders like heart disease, diabetes and mental health conditions such as depression are on the rise in the corporate sector around the world. Stress caused by work and a sedentary lifestyle is the major cause for each of these. A 2018 Cigna-TTK survey reports that a whopping 95% of Indian millennials report a high level of stress which leads to heart disease and 25% of these are those younger than 40. Furthermore, as per the 2014 World Economic Forum, India stands to lose $4.58 trillion due to stress-related chronic diseases before 2030.
