Growing up seeing her parents contributing selflessly to society, being part of their work herself, Jyotsna Fernandes sowed in herself a deep desire to work for humanity. Most of her teenage and college years were spent working with people from destitute homes, children from special schools, old age homes, and orphanages. Armed with a degree in Social Work, she went on to work with a Microfinance organization, Ujjivan, that works with the rural poor by providing them with finance to either start their businesses or get support for other financial needs. She then got an opportunity to shift gears to a great corporate career for over 10 years. Then came a point in time where she felt even though she had everything, she was yearning for that deep sense of satisfaction she knew from the time she worked on impacting people. Around the same time, she heard about Antano & Harini from a colleague. She got very curious about the work they did and joined them as a client. Experiencing Excellence Installation Technology (EIT) was a magical experience for her. Things she thought couldn’t ever change in herself, began to change. There was a newfound clarity in thought. Her health improved. She thought to herself that more people need to know about this, and she decided to join Antano & Harini to learn more about EIT and take it to the people who needed it the most. When the pandemic hit & the world sought help, they saw an opportunity to take EIT to the masses using John Grinder/Carmen Bostic’s revolutionary procedure for Covid Recovery. During the peak of the pandemic, they saved 872+ lives across India. Lives that could have been lost to COVID-19.
Their COVID warriors have trained hundreds of others. They are now focused on supporting the health sector across multiple specialties with EIT solutions by creating volunteer-based response teams that rise to the next challenge, help during pandemics / critical situations, and ensure emotional and physical wellbeing of those impacted.
