Our bodies have self healing mechanisms when our minds are in a happy state. Humour and happy people are a boon in these difficult times. Connect to friends & family. Visualisation acts as relaxants to the brain. So watch movies based on humour, nature, love & romance these send healings to the mind.
It’s okay not to be okay! Depression, anxiety, stress, anger, frustration is part of being human. They are just tiny wounds on our mind just like the wounds we experience on our body.
We win over when we recognise, accept and reach out for healing therapies.
We can get through anything if we have hope. It comforts, inspires, supports, and motivates.
