Your Life Is Precious! Honor Your Body As A Sасred Plасe

The essence of the divine resides within us and around us. The spirit is connected with all of life, new and old. The only way to connect with God is the present and open to the wisdom that is available all the time. You don’t have to go to a religious center to tap into this energy.

Life is valuable and limited. It is up to you to make the best of this amazing planet Earth. By being open to this limitless flow you will gain knowledge about how to live your life fully. You will find a flow of life that will carry you along as a gentle river.

It is very hard to remain connected to God when you live a busy life and barely have time to evaluate your inner self. Slow down yourself if you want to stay grounded.

The essence of meditation and the practice of yoga is to open the door to discover the truth of who we are, where we come from, and where we are going. If you meditate and do yoga, you can access the divine within yourself through your body, emotions, and mind as well.

The connection to God is possible, but don’t expect immediate answers. Though it may seem that God is not listening to you, later on, you’ll discover that He responded to you, not necessarily in the way you would have desired. Preser includes a lot of active waiting. Living as though your prayer have been answered, but, without expecting how God will answer.

In nature, we feel as if we are connected to something much bigger than ourselves. Taking long walks along the coastline, lakes, and rivers is my favourite pastime. The mountains are gorgeous, and I appreciate the sheer size of them. Embrace the beauty, wonder, and energy of the place.

Let the area soak up your energy so that you can truly enjoy it. Take deep breaths to quiet the mind. The experience will give you a higher vibrational level when you’re done with it.

When you recognize that your spirit is within you that changes the way you view yourself. As a result, you start to see yourself as already valuable for being who you are.

When you can feel the sacredness within you, you are called to take care of yourself. Imagine your body is your church, shrine, mosque, or any other holy structure. Our bodies need good food, exercise, relaxation, and meaningful work.
