The human body derives energy from a variety of natural resources, including cosmic rays, sunlight, breath, food and planet Earth. “When I begin to define wellness, it appears to me as three different things, I'm sure it appears to you the same way. It's not just the physical, it's not just the emotional, it's not just the mental, it's the combination of all of these,” said Meenal Madhukar, Founder of My Prayer For You Charitable Foundation.
Madhukar also said, “Everything in the Universe is energy. Upon self-reflection, the only motive should be to be aware of space, energy and the vibration that you are sending out into the Universe”
She went on to explain that, firstly, there should be an understanding that there is a remote, and the other part is to understand that the remote is in our hands. Next is to know that we can change it to a channel of our choice, by simply knowing the channel number.
“Just to be able to be observe what our channel right now is gives one the first step, because as soon as you know that you are looking at yourself through fear, you have created a distance between the frequency and yourself. I am sitting in fear, versus I am playing in the fear frequency is an understanding that will come to you, the more you become mindfully aware of the frequency that you are operating at,” she added.
