Languages differ but AHHH remains a global expression

Have you observed that whenever you are tense you will sigh...Ahhh and you feel relaxed. Or whenever you are in joy, overjoyed you say AHHH the whole breath is thrown out and you feel within a tranquility that you have never felt. Try this: when you feeling very good, take the breath in and then see what you feel. You cannot feel the t well-being that comes with AHHH.... It is coming because your breath going out.So languages differ, but these two things never differ, All over the world, whenever some feels tired he will AHHH.....REally he is calling for death to come and relax him. Whenever one feels overjoyed, blissful he says AHHH.... He is so overfilled with joy that he is not afraid of death now. He can relieve himself completely, real completely. And what will happen if you go on trying it ? You will become fully aware of something within you - the spontaneousness of your being, of Sahaj of being spontaneous. That t you are already, but you are too much engaged with life, too much occupied with life. You cannot become aware of the being which is behind. When you are not occupied with life, with the incoming breath, the bean behind is revealed; there is a glimpse. But the glimpse will become, by and by a realisation. And once it is known you cannot forget it - and this is not something which you are creating. That is why is spontaneous, it is not something you are creating. It is there, you have simply forgotten. It is remembrance it is a rediscovery.Try to see children, very small children taking their breaths. They take them in a different way. Look at a a child sleeping. His belly come up and dow not the chest. If you are sleeping and you are being observed you chest come up and down; your breath never goes down to the belly. The breath can do down to the belly only if you exhale and do inhale. If you inhale and do not exhale, the breath cannot go down to the belly. The reason why goes to the belly is that when one exhales, the whole breath is thrown out and then the body take it in. And the body take only that amount which is needed - never more never less. The body has its own wisdom, and it is more wise than you. Do not disturb it. You can take more - then it will be disturbed. You can take less - then it will be disturbed. The body has its own wisdom it only takes that amount which is needed. When more is needed, it creates the situation, When less is needed, it creates the situation. It never goes to the extreme, it is always balanced. But if you inhale it is never balanced, because you do not know what you are doing, you do know what is the need of the body. And the need changes every moment.Allow the body! you just exhale, you just throw it out and then the body will take breath in - and it will take it deeply and slowly and the breath will go down to the belly, It will hit the navel point exactly and your belly will go up and down.

The Best Birthday Gift: Ego

Let go ego. These three small words are the most difficult – indeed, impossible! - to put into practice. Every one of us thinks that he/she has no ego. “Oh, I am the humblest and egoless person…” is the image we have of ourselves and want to project to others all the time.

Osho is an Ocean of Love

Swami Chaitanya Keerti People ask me often about Osho and the meaning of his name. My reply is simple. To me, Osho means an ocean of love--and nothing else. 11th  December happens to be Osho's birthday which will be celebrated by millions of people around the world. Osho is an oceanic experience which his lovers around the world feel in their being. On one such occasions of his birthday, Osho spoke: My beloved ones, I love you. Love is my message – let it be your message too. Love is my color and my climate. To me, love is the only religion. All else is just rubbish, all else is nothing but mind-churning dreams. Love is the only substantial thing in life, all else is illusion. Let love grow in you and God will be growing on its own accord. If you miss love you will miss God and all. Osho expressed his views further on this topic of Love and God:There is no way to God without love. God can be forgotten – if love is remembered, God will happen as a consequence. It happens as a consequence. It is the fragrance of love and nothing else. In fact there is no God but only godliness. There is no person like God anywhere. Drop all childish attitudes, don’t go on searching for a father. Divineness is, God is not. When I say divineness is, I mean whatsoever is, is full of God. The green of the trees, and the red and the golden – all is divine. This crow crying, and a bird on the wing. and a child giggling, and a dog barking – all is divine. Nothing else exists. Osho does not like talking about God as a person or a certain personality--it is a presence of  godliness in all forms of life. It is the inherent capacity of all of us humans that we can feel it within us. He gives a beautiful method also. He says: Sitting alone in your room, be loving. Radiate love. Fill the whole room with your love energy, as if you are in an ocean of love. Create vibrations of love energy around you. And you will start feeling immediately that something is happening, something in your aura is changing, something around your body is changing. A warmth is arising around your body... a warmth like deep orgasm. You are becoming more alive. Something like sleep is disappearing. Something like awareness is arising.

Mindful ConfidenceConfidence is not about what you can or cannot do it is what you think or believe you can or cannot do. For example, you could be confident that you can pass a maths test. You believe you can do well. Whether you well in the maths test or not is a different matter.Self esteem is related to confidence. Self esteem is how you feel about what you can and cannot do and whether you feel good, bad or indifferent about the things you can or you cannot do.If you are feelings about your abilities are positive is probably have good self esteem. If your feelings about your abilities are negative and make you feel bad about your self, you probably have a low self esteem. Here is what happened to a friend a few years ago, let me share his note with you;" I landed a great job as a junior reporter on a fashion magazine. I was concerned though, about fitting in; would I make the right impression? people might think that I did not have enough experience. I did not have the right clothes, I was not trendy enough. I was full of negative self talk.I started spending out on trendy new clothes, went out to expensive clubs, bars, and restaurants with my colleagues. The bills started mounting up, I wanted to keep up  with everyone else at work and so when my cards reached their limit and sign up for more. Before I Knew I was in huge debt.I kept it all a secret and did not even tell my best friend. When I realised  how bad things had got, I felt paralysed with worry and self doubt. I felt guilty and regretful about all that spending over the past two years. I told myself I have been stupid and pathetic. I was worried and anxious about the future; telling myself the situation was hopeless and I would never get myself out of this mess.Things changed when I started to accept what had happened could not be changed. But what happened next was in my power. I went to a debt advise service and they helped me work out what my options were.Once I had a course of action that I could start working on, I felt huge sense of relief. I felt better immediately, felt more in the present, grounded. I congratulated myself for having got to grips with the situation and I told myself I have done well to seek help. Even if there were set back, I felt confident that I was going to be debt free at sometime in the future."

To be what you are is the most blissful state

We are forcing everything on them but it is blissful to be Rabindranath. There is no need to become like someone else. And this is true not only about Rabindranath; it is enough for even the most ordinary person just to be himself.

The world exists because of mind and Mind because of world

The world is there because of you - you create it, you are a creator. Every single being creates a world around himself, it depends on his mind. The mind may be illusory, but it is creative - it creates dreams. And it is up to you to create a hell or heaven.I you leave this world, you will not be able to leave it. Wherever you go you will create the same world again because the world is constantly coming out of you, just as leaves are coming out the tree. You don't live in the same world - you cannot, because you don't have similar minds. Just by the side of you somebody may be living in heaven, and you may be living in hell - and you feel that you are living in the same world? How can you live in the same world when minds differ? So the first thing to be understood is that you cannot leave the world unless the mind disappears. Tjheu are related, they depend on each other, they make a vicious circle. If the mind is there.....And a mind is always a particular mind. When the mind is not a particular mind anymore, when it becomes a  Mind with a capital M, it is no longer mind, it has become consciousness, A mind is always a particular mind and it carries a particular aroma around it - that is your world. The mind creates the world and then the world create the mind, helps the mind to remain the same. This is the vicious circle. But the source is in the mind; the world is just a by product. The mind is substantial; the world is just the shadow of it. And you cannot destroy the shadow, but everybody tries to destroy it.If this wife doesn't suit you, you think another wife will. You are trying to change the world, and you are the same. You will just turn the next wife into an exact replica of the old. You will again create, because the wife be just a screen. And you will be surprised:  people who have married many times, their experience is really strange. A person who has been married ten times recognises the fact that, " How does it happen? - in such a wide and big world I always stumble upon the same type of woman? Even by accident it seems impossible! Again and again!"The problem is not the woman, the problem is the mind. The mind is again attracted to the same type of woman, again creates the same relationship, again finds the same mess and the same hell.

Experimenting Meditation in Lab environment

There are methods in Buddhist practice devoted to cultivating loving-kindness and compassion. Here, the meditators try to generate an all pervading sense of benevolence, a state in which love and compassion permeate the entire mind. The led pure love and compassion be the only object of their thoughts: intense, deep, and without any limit or exclusion. Although not immediately focussing on particular persons, altrusituisic love and compassion include a total readiness and unconditional availability to benefit others.Focussed attention, or concentration, requires focussing all one's attention upon one chosen object and calling one's mind back each time it wonders. Ideally this one pointed concentration should be clear, calm, and stable. It should avoid syncing into dullness or being carried away by mental agitation. Open presence is a clear, open, vast, and alert state of mind, free from mental constructs. It is not actively focussed on anything, yet it is not distracted. The mind simply remains at ease, perfectly present in a state of pure awareness. When thoughts intrude, the meditator does not attempt to interfere with them, but allows the thought to vanish naturally.Visualisation, consists of reconstituting in the minds eye a complex mental image, such as the representation of a Buddhist diet. The meditator begins by visualising as clearly as possible every detail of the face, the clothes, the posture, and so on, inspecting them one by one. Lastly, he visualises the entire diety and stabilises that visualisation. These various meditations are among the many spiritual exercises that a practicing buddhist cultivates over the course of many years, during which they become ever more stable and clear. In the lab there are two main ways to test the meditators. Electroencephalograms (EEG) allow changes in the brains electrical activity to be recorded with the very accurate time resolution, while functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) measures blood flow in various areas of the brain and provides an extremely precise localisation of cerebral activity.
