If you have stone problem, then definitely drink two to three liters of water a day. Apart from its coconut water, include lemonade and orange juice. Drinking sufficient amount of water does not cause any problem in passing urine. Apart from this, drinking herbal tea rich in anti-oxidants automatically reduces the uric acid produced in the kidney. It helps in cleaning the kidney. Drink herbal tea twice a day.
To keep kidney healthy, make fiber rich fruits and vegetables a part of your diet. Apple, orange, banana and raw coconut can be eaten in fruits. Peas, legumes, carrots, mushrooms, bitter gourd, cucumber and broccoli can be eaten in vegetables.
