Fruit-infused Detox Water

One of the best things about fruit infused water is that you can consume it throughout the day, in cold or hot water (preferable). There is no restriction on the quantity or amount. Small sips can be enjoyed throughout the day and this will encourage sweating and urination which detoxes the body, acting as a natural cleanser.

Unfortunately, there are a few people who need to steer clear of the benefits associated with fruit infused water. Those are people with kidney problems, people with renal insufficiencies and potassium restrictions.
