Yogasanas To Take Physical Care During Desk Jobs

A desk job may seem comfortable, but it can actually lead to a variety of health issues. People doing desk jobs often have many health problems like high blood sugar, high cholesterol, body aches, weak muscles etc. Not only this, it also increases the chances of getting heart disease. In such a situation, it is important that one takes the help of yoga to keep themself fit.

There are many yogasanas, which not only keeps the body fit, but also reduce your day-to-day stress to a great extent. Not only this, the problems caused due to desk job can also be reversed by regular practice of some yogasanas.

Adhomukha Shavasana

This is an asana, which works on many parts of your body simultaneously. In particular, it helps in strengthening the muscles of the neck and shoulders of our body. When one does this mudra, there is more blood flow to head as well which gives relief from stress. This is a good asana to stretch the body.

Uttanasana

It is such an asana, which relaxes the shoulders and keeps you stress free. When one does this, not only does the body stretches, but also the problem of headache and insomnia etc gets relieved.

Marjariasana

Most of the people doing desk jobs have complaint of back pain. But if you practice Marjariasana, it not only gives you relief from back pain, but it is also helpful in relieving stress.
