Celery Juice – Is It A Miracle ?

Celery Juice is all over the Internet at the moment, Instagram is filled with celebrities drinking Celery Juice like:

  • Jenna Dewan having it for anti-inflammation, healthy gut and immunity-boosting properties
  • Kim Kardashian drinking it to help her Psoriasis
  • Kyle Richards says it made a huge difference with her skin and her face

It is recommended by Anthony William (medical medium) who is a guy who works outside the bounds of conventional science as he has no medical or scientific certification and according to him, he is being guided by Spirit to help people claim their health, which sounds like some Guru’s we have in India.

According to him Celery, when juiced compared to raw, helps remove the fiber which increases its healing powers, approx. 16 ounces (450ml) if taken first thing in the morning on empty stomach can work miraculously for you, claiming that it can cure cancer, cure digestive issues, reverses inflammation etc.

To be fair Celery does have benefits like-

  • Reduces inflammation
  • Supports weight loss
  • Helps heal digestion
  • Reduces bloating
  • Helps Eczema and Psoriasis
  • Protects Liver Health

The question is if it is really a Miracle Juice as one vegetable can provide you benefits but is not sufficient alone to treat all ailments as everyone knows you need to have a balanced diet to get all the nutrients required by the body plus the research done on Celery is still in its initial stage with not sufficient proofs in real life as the results in lab is way different compared to real life.

If buying a bunch of Celery makes you happy then you can add celery juice to your nutrition plan cause of its benefits but don’t depend on it as a Miracle Juice and make sure you are having a balanced nutrition and have other required food groups as well.
